It's been hotter than Justin Bieber's bangs out lately and when the temperature hits 100+ degrees, it's hard to think about getting dressed. That's why we thought we should pass on this summer-time survivor style tip... Skirts! Skirts are the best because air can flow through your legs--thank heavens!-- keeping you cool and comfortable. Plus, the most wonderful thing about a summer skirt is that it can serve as the building block for a super chic outfit. Dresses stand alone, but you can mix and match fun tops with skirts to make your own, original ensemble. And furthermore, the right skirt is appropriate for just about all occasions. Country club luncheon? Poolside party with friends? First date? Check! (Just watch out for gusts of air, flashing somebody is fairly inappropriate.) Also, you'll never hear someone utter, "I can't believe she showed up wearing a skirt!" Trust us, it just doesn't happen.
